For 500 years, the continent of Nordunia has known relative peace. But one western nation has an ambitious scheme predicated by the prophesy of a Bruja Acolyte who will “break the plain,” ending the curse and making the biggest land grab in the history of the continent.
But the Forest Plain is occupied by the Yurbo – itinerent tribes that who do not settle and live at peace with the plain. Now the Yurbo are challenged, not only by this company of plain breakers but also the fearsome wolfmen know as Lyken, who have taken to the plain as refuge from the men who persecute them.
